This is Dale's vacation week and we are spending it at home for the first time in years. We decided that we would concentrate on the siding job that has been in the making for the past 2 years and then try to go to family camp over the weekend or at least for Saturday. Sixteen years ago when we bought our home here in Wichita, Dale said the house needed new siding. I guess we made it s t r e t c h until now!!
We've mixed up the hot, sweaty jobs with some dips in our pool. It has always been my dream to have a pool in the backyard. I tried to get one when Derek and Tyler were young, but back then they didn't make the portable designs they do now. Sorry Derek and Tyler!! Another disadvantage of being the older ones.....hopefully there have been some advantages too!!! The past few days, the kids have tried the trampoline next to the pool and had a lot of fun with some crazy jumps in!!

That looks like fun...except the part about siding. Glad you are having a fun family time.
That does look like fun. What a great idea having the trampoline to jump from.
