For those who have been wondering why I haven't been blogging.....I hope the pictures speak for themselves. One problem is that the pictures aren't necessarily in order. Since the middle of November, we have had lots of activity here!!! Amy and Cooper were able to stay in our home after we returned from Gma Nee Nee's and Gpa Don's for Thanksmas or Christgiving. Whichever way you prefer. It works both ways. It is good time to remember all that Christ has given. Anyway, we spent the weekend with the Mleyneks in Iowa, then the Kansas Mleyneks partied for a week with our youngest Mleynek, Cooper, and his wonderful Mommy stayed with us for 1 week! The time flew!! Cooper thinks every family has at least one Dachshund in their home.....at least both of his Grandparents do!
The kids had a school program which included swing dancing for the audience. Lizzy Ray and our neighbor Pauline Newman both came to enjoy the show. Pauline helped prepare Mikiah for the dance with a poodle skirt given to Mik by Lizzy and altered by Pauline. Pauline added some special touches and a nice neck scarf to make the outfit just right!
