Dale is putting his second week of vacation on siding our house. I am really liking the results. I'm trying to get the painting done, but school comes first. Most days I am not able to get outside until the afternoon. Today I served as Dale's assistant holding the siding for him. It was a great day and Mikiah finally finished her Math around 8:30pm. We are doing Saxon 3, and it takes the two of us to get it done. At least we did get it done!
I got this idea to frame our house number after seeing one similar at Lowe's, only very expensive! I went to Gordman's and bought a wooden picture and frame on clearance for $3.00. I painted the frame our trim color and Dale cut some siding to mount in the frame with the numbers. It turned out really nice!

Hi Debbie - The siding is looking great! I'm sure both you & Dale will be happy when it's all done. Hopefully you won't have to paint tomorrow on your birthday :)
